In recent years, various car manufacturers have made many of their vehicles more eco friendly. The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) recently compiled a list of the Greenest Vehicles of 2017. Among the competitive vehicle segment, the upcoming 2017 Hyundai Ioniq electric was awarded as one of the most environmentally friendly cars with a score of 64. The 2017 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid and Ioniq Blue earned a Green Score of 59 and 62 respectively.
