Fuel Economy by Trim
The 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is available in three different trims: Blue, SEL Convenience, and Limited. Here are their fuel economy estimates:
- Blue – 38/38/38 mpg
- SEL Convenience – 37/36/37 mpg
- Limited – 37/36/37 mpg
For comparison, the non-hybrid 2022 Tucson gets 26/33/29 mpg. The upcoming 2022 Tucson Plug-in Hybrid SEL and Limited will have a 32-mile all-electric range, but the MPGe and regular operation mpg have yet to be revealed (at the time of writing).
The 2022 Tucson Hybrid comes positively packed full of safety and driver assistive features. Each model has forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, rear seat alert, driver drowsiness monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights, and a rearview camera. Numerous features are available, including blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, front and rear parking sensors, a surround-view parking camera system with blind spot view, adaptive cruise control, safe exit assist, rear collision warning, remote parking assist, and highway driving assist.
