What’s Included in the 2018 Hyundai Tucson Sport Trim?
One of Hyundai’s most affordable and efficient SUV models available today, the new Tucson has quickly become a fan-favorite among drivers. However, like many other Hyundai vehicles, the manufacturer gives customers plenty of ways to customize and tailor their new vehicles to their liking. In fact, a popular option for many Tucson drivers is the Sport trim level, which offers its own exciting features. So what’s included in the 2018 Hyundai Tucson Sport trim?
For 2018, Hyundai is equipping the new Tucson Sport with a powerful 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder GDI engine. This engine is able to give the popular SUV an advantage over competitors, as the engine can generate 181 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. This new engine is also paired with a six-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC manual shift mode.
While the standard Tucson Sport model has a starting price of $25,150, people wanting an all-wheel drive and automatic transmission variation will be looking at an MSRP of $26,550. This model will include all of the Sport FWD equipment, as well as include the all-wheel drive capabilities, AWD liftgate badge and convenient windshield wiper de-icer.
Further distinguishing itself from the standard Tucson model are plenty more features such as the Blind Spot Detection, Proximity Key with Push Button Start, 19-inch alloy wheels and Dual Automatic Temperature Control.
